Law Enforcement
Peer Support Advisor
You guessed it, that's me in the photo, saluting a fallen hero at his funeral.
Serving in law enforcement is a calling like no other. Every day, putting on the uniform means stepping into uncertainty—knowing that, deep down, there’s always a chance you might not come home. The dangers of the job are real, not just on the streets, but in the emotional toll it takes on you and your loved ones.
As an officer, you’re expected to be strong for your team, your community, and your family. But behind the badge, you carry the weight of split-second decisions, in-house conflicts, and the aftermath of tragic incidents. The pressure can be overwhelming, and the need for confidentiality often leaves you with nowhere to turn.
I understand this journey—not just from training or textbooks, but from real-life experience. I’ve walked out the door with that 50/50 possibility in the back of my mind. I’ve supported colleagues through the hardest days and helped families navigate unimaginable loss. I know the cost of carrying it all inside.
That’s why peer support is so critical. Combining my background in life and mentor coaching with years of law enforcement and wellness leadership, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly, process what you’re facing, and find the support you deserve. What you share stays between us, unless there’s a risk to you or someone else—your privacy and trust are my highest priorities.
You don’t have to carry the burden alone. Reaching out isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s an act of courage and survival. Whether you need to talk, vent, or just be heard, I’m here for you. Together, we can work toward healing, resilience, and renewed strength for yourself and those you serve.
